The
Dee Zee Stamping facility is equipped to handle your stamping
jobs with dies from small to large and in a variety of materials.
Stamping with dies up to 144” X 60” and tonnage
ranging from 45 tons up to 600 tons, we are sure to have a
press to fit your needs. The material handling capabilities
of our presses include strip fed, hand transfer, and coil
fed dies. Aside from stamping, this facility welds steel and
aluminum by hand or robot, bends sheet metal, shears sheets
up to 3/8” thick, and produces parts on our 3-axis CNCs.
Spin riveting and projection welding are also among secondary
processing that we can complete. We would be happy to quote
