Dee Zee, Inc, based in Des Moines, Iowa, is celebrating over 30 years as a leading supplier of Aftermarket and OEM truck accessories. Dee Zee announced their arrival with the introduction of 12 custom fit brite-tread or extruded aluminum running board applications at the 1977 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. From that November to today, Dee Zees’ mission is to market the highest quality products while satisfying the needs of our customers.
In Pleasant Hill, Iowa we have added over 60,000 Square feet of production capabilities as well as a fully equipped Tool & Die facility. With several presses, CNC’s and production welding equipment, you can rest assured that your parts will be of the highest quality. The Dee Zee Stamping facility is equipped with presses ranging from 45 tons up to 600 tons. The material handling capabilities of our presses include strip feed, hand transfer and coil feed. Aside from stamping, this facility welds steel and aluminum with robot and hand welders. We can bend and shear metal up to 3/8” thick, and produce parts on our 3-axis CNC’s. We also offer spin riveting and projection welding as secondary operations.
